Fuel Injection System Cleaning
Our Forte Power Clean Machine allows direct cleaning of the fuel injectors, intake valves (indirect injection) and the combustion chamber of both Petrol and Diesel engined vehicles. The cleaning process uses a highly concentrated cleaning solution which removes the deposits left by today's poor quality fuels without the need to remove injectors or dismantle the engine.
Variable Vane Diesel Turbo Cleaning
The Forte Power Clean Machine is a highly effective solution we use to clean the turbine and variable geometry vanes of diesel turbochargers without dismantling them. The special treatment chemical is injected directly into the combustion chamber of your diesel engine to effectively penetrate the carbon deposits that stop your turbo charger working properly. This gives excellent results and returns your turbo to full functionality.
Inlet Manifold and EGR System Cleaning
Blocked inlet manifolds on modern engines are common place, this is caused by direct injection systems. A special tool on the Forte Power Clean Machine we use at GM Vehicle Services injects the super strong cleaner directly into the air-intake manifold. This allows us to remove the carbon and oil contamination from the inlet manifold and inlet valves without dismantling the engine. This treatment is also highly effective on EGR Valves that are located within the inlet manifold system.
Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaning System
If you own a diesel engined vehicle manufactured since 2009, it will have a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) in the exhaust system. Unless your engine and driving style are running to perfection, it's likely your DPF will block up and cause a breakdown. Our Power Clean Machine from Forte cleans and flushes out soot, ash and other contamination from blocked DPFs. It restors your DPF's original operation without the need to remove the DPF from the vehicle, thus proving a cost effective solution to your DPF problems.
